Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the specific gaming gear you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our team inspects the quality of the returned apparel, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
